Next to an external door 45cm or 18 inches for a standard cat flap and 60cm or 24 inches for a pet door.
Between the corner of a wall and a radiator or cupboard, just the total width of the cat flap or pet door.

If The cat flap fits in the glass I can cut the hole in the exciting glass, clear, laminated and Georgian wire.
If the glass is toughened the glass as to be changed to new toughened glass with the hole pre-cut.
All glass cutting is performed at the customer’s own risk. If on a very rare event of the glass cracking. The price changes to replacing the glass, for the total cost of replacing glass, not on top.

All Double glazed units have to be replaced with a new Bespoke toughened Double Glazed Unit
We measure all Double Glazed Unit, so we are responsible for rare wrong measures.
If your windows have decorations within the glass unit. i.e. Lead pattern or Georgian bar grill. Your new Double Glazed Unit will be identical.
Allow between 7 and 10 days from measuring to fitting.

No payment is required up-front. Full payment on completion of work. Preferred payment is Bank Transfer. As it also acts as your Guarantee date.
We still offer a Invoice if requested.

All cat flaps come with a manufactures guarantee, varying from 2 to 3 years
Double Glazed Units come with a 5 year guarantee against breaking down (misting up).
I take great pride in my work and provide a lifetime guarantee on all workmanship. Please note that this covers standard use; in instances of accidental damage or misuse, cost of replacement and or a small call-out fee may apply.
Single Glazing: Should any cracks appear in single glazing within the first two weeks, I will replace the glass for you free of charge—you simply pay for the cost of the replacement glass itself. For any issues occurring after this two-week period, standard replacement rates will apply.
