- When you contact us, you will always speak directly to Colin by phone or Peter by email. Both are experienced fitters, guaranteeing clear communication and reliable advice.
- If your cat flap or dog door needs to be installed into a double-glazed glass unit, the unit must be replaced with a new one. Please allow seven to ten days for the entire process, from measuring to fitting. After installation, you will retain the original glass unit if it is made from toughened or laminated safety glass. Using only toughened glass for all replacement double-glazed units, ensuring safety and All our units carry the British Kite Mark
