I recently had a cat flap fitted through an external wall by Colin. I am very happy with the result, and no touch-up of decoration was needed on either the internal or external wall. I originally contacted them through their website, asking for advice on whether to have the cat flap fitted into a new double-glazed glass door or the wall. Peter responded very quickly, recommending the wall option as it would be cheaper in my case and explained why. I received a quote and was advised to contact Colin via mobile number.
I had to try Colin’s number a few times before getting a reply. Colin recommended the type of cat flap he would install and explained why. We agreed on an installation date and approximate time, which I confirmed by text so he had a record. Colin then confirmed his expected arrival time on the day.
Colin arrived on time, was very easy to get along with, and jovial. He got on with the job, tidied up afterward, and explained how to use the cat flap and encourage the cat to get used to it. It was clear he had done this many times before and knew exactly what he was doing. I was very pleased with the result and made payment by bank transfer.
I especially like that I have a flap on both sides of the wall, and the appearance both inside and outside is excellent (Colin used two cat flaps to achieve this). A friend visited the next day and was equally impressed with the cat flap installation.
